Directions for Use:
All surfaces with direct contact to food are to be thoroughly rinsed with after product use.
Sink One: Fill sink using one 1 US Fl oz of ProClean Pot & Pan Detergent per 10 US gal of hot water (110–120˚F). Adjust amount of product according to soil loads.
Sink Two: Immerse pots and pans in clean water. Remove and let excess water run back into sink.
Sink Three: Fill sink with warm water (75–100˚F). Use an appropriate ProClean sanitizer for a sanitizing rinse, following directions on label. Let air dry. Do not wipe. Follow local health department regulations for rinsing.
