ProClean High Solids Rinse Additive

No need for hand drying or stacking wares while still wet

Rinse additives help water sheet off of the surfaces, preventing water spotting and helping wares dry faster

Uses/Solutions:

For use in commercial dishmachines and provides excellent sheeting to promote quick drying.

Effective Against/On:

High TDS and hard water

Install an appropriate dispenser and adjust it to automatically dispense the proper amount of product for dishmachine and water conditions.

When the ProClean Rinse Additive is empty, load a new container by removing the pick-up tube from the old container and placing it in the new container.

Set Up and Machine Detergent Dosing

1. Set detergent level to produce clean results under customer conditions, including procedures.
2. Be sure machine is in optimal working order:
   
   Machine free of excess lime scale deposits
   Wash jets, drains and screens clear
   Warm arm end caps and o-rings installed and tight
   All curtains installed, correct size and in good condition
   Rinse nozzles clear and not worn
   Wash and rinse temperatures at proper settings
   Water pressure at proper level
   

Balancing Rinse Additive

1. Start Rinse Additive dose at mid-point of recommended range.
2. Adjust dosage so that water sheets off of the ware instead of beading. Use glass and flatware to check results. The flatter the water on the ware, the faster it will dry and less likely to leave spots or streaks.
